Documentation which needs to be presented on arrival:
*We ask all clients to take out personal medical and repatriation insurance for the off-road riding. This can usually be obtained from high street insurance brokers or on the internet at a nominal price. Prices are based on twin or triple person shared room accommodation. Single rooms can be arranged for the Hotel Flamingo (Option A) for an additional €20 per night; for the Hotel Panavera (Option B), the single room supplement is an extra €10 per night; please enquire for single supplement details at other hotels. Our local airport, Reus, is served by budget airlines such as Ryanair, and Barcelona International also receives budget airlines such as Vueling and EasyJet. A €150 deposit will secure your tour dates, and the balance needs to be paid by cheque or IBAN bank transfer 6 weeks prior to the date of arrival. We don't charge any damage deposit. Basically, our approach is that you treat our bikes as you would if you were borrowing a friend's and return it as you got it, though a few scratches are not a problem for us; dropping the bike a few times is to be expected.
