* We ask all clients to take out personal medical and repatriation insurance for the off-road riding. For UK residents we can arrange this for you through a UK insurance company at a cost of €30 plus €5 per off-road riding day. Please contact us if you need further details. Prices are based on twin-room shared accommodation; single rooms can be arranged for the Hotel Flamingo (Option A) for an additional €20 per night; for Can Subirats Pensión (Option B) there is no extra single room supplement, it just depends on availability, so please ask if you require this. Breakfast is included in the Hotel Flamingo Option A . Flights - our local airport, Reus, is served by budget airlines such as Ryanair. A €150 deposit will secure your tour dates, and the balance needs to be paid by cheque or IBAN bank transfer 6 weeks prior to the date of arrival. A €175 damage deposit is due on arrival, against any major damage to your motorbike/equipment, and this is refunded on your departure if there is no significant damage. Any costs for significant damage over and above this need to be paid before you depart. Dropping the motorbike a few times is to be expected, you won´t be charged for a few scratches.
